Our history

Truebridge Callender Beach Ltd (TCB) was originally established in 1919 as a survey practice. While surveying remains one of our core strengths, we now offer a range of services specialising in all facets of civil and environmental engineering, surveying, land planning and resource management.

In February 2007, TCB purchased the business of Middleton Williams, a well respected Canterbury land development practice that has been operating in Christchurch for over 100 years.

In June 2007 we joined global infrastructure services consultancy, Cardno Limited, to become Cardno TCB. We are now part of an international team with access to additional resources and key disciplines including environmental services, urban design and coastal, traffic and structural engineering.

Our team

Cardno TCB is a thriving multi-disciplinary consultancy with around 100 employees, delivering projects nationwide from our offices in Wellington, Auckland, Wairarapa, Hawke’s Bay, Taupo, and Christchurch.

Our people are the key to our success and we strive to encourage and assist employees to develop their expertise and reach their full potential - providing training and mentoring to achieve these goals.
